Our Custom Home Process
1 - Initial Consulation
After you have been in touch with Sageview Development & Homes, a questionnaire will be made through a call. This is important so we can get a better understanding of things like the size and type/style of home, the budget, the location, if you have plans available and the timeline you wish to have the project completed in.

2 - Consultation
Once we have received your completed questionnaire, the team will review your project and shortly after a consultation is booked to discuss your project. Mike, our project manager and a managing partner, and Alfredo, a managing a partner, will walk you through the scope of works, budget and deliverables for the job. This is a great time for questions on different aspects of your build or renovation as the consultation will be used to discover and learn of all the elements to be scoped in the Sageview Development & Homes Quote.

3 - Bidding
​
Our team requires a few days to complete a bid since we need to compile material costs, subcontractor quotes, and options requested. This bid, or estimate, will outline all facets of the construction. We make sure to include all deliverables and details in order to avoid any miscommunication or suprises. Our bidding process is comprehensive.
4 - Acceptance
Upon acceptance Sageview Development & Homes will work with you to create a build timeline and will begin scheduling all aspects of the project.
A building contract will be prepared and upon being signed by all parties, we will issue a deposit invoice and start construction after permit are obtained.
5 - The Build
Throughout the process, our team will keep you updated and manage the trades on site and the supply of materials. We go the extra mile and treat our clients with respect and your home like our own. We strive for the very best result and motivate those around us to give it their best. We want to stand back and be proud to say that we would live in that home.
We make it seem easy — by applying our experience, nous, expertise, and empathy, we relieve the stress from our clients and make it an enjoyable journey.

You will also have a client portal that will give you real-time updates of the build.
Once the build has been completed (and throughout the build), the team will ensure the site is left clean and tidy, with all excess rubbish and materials removed.
